If you are interested in either in-person or virtual counseling, here’s what happens next!

1. Please fill out our Appointment Request & Basic Counselee Information Form which will be sent directly to our email inbox.

2. A certified counselor will look over your form, learn more about you and your situation.

3. You will receive a phone call from a counselor to set up your initial consultation and first appointment*. You will have the option to meet in person at our office location or virtually through a secure video conference.
