Sessions

• The first session is of no charge. The first session is primarily about listening to and gaining understanding of the issues that bring the counselee to Biblical Counseling. (Proverbs 18:13) We will roughly map out the best direction for counseling based on this initial discussion. If a counselee decides they would like to pursue further counseling, they will pre-pay for their next session. To book a session, please fill out the Appointment Request & Basic Counselee Information Form.

• The counseling program will then last eight to twelve weeks with the expectation of meeting once a week.

• Expect sessions to last roughly one hour. 

 What to Bring

• Bible

• Prayer Journal (Does not have to be anything fancy. A simple notebook will suffice.)

• Homework from the previous session

• First session: Liability Waiver Form, Consent to Counsel Form and Personal Data Inventory Form

Fee Structure

Our fee structure is simple. After the first initial session, $80 will be charged per one-hour counseling session for all service categories. This fee takes care of all involved in the party of a session. For example, if we are counseling a husband and wife, the $80 fee covers both.

Prepayment for the next counseling session will be made at the end of the current session to secure a time slot for the following session. If that slot is not secured within two days of the completed session, the appointment will be lost for the following week. The appointment can be rescheduled.

Booking an Initial Appointment

1. Please fill out our Appointment Request & Basic Counselee Information Form which will be sent directly to our email inbox.

2. A certified counselor will look over your form, learn more about you and your situation.

3. You will receive a phone call from a counselor to set up your initial consultation and first appointment. You will have the option to meet in person at our office location or virtually through a secure video conference.
